Continuance Policy
Continuances must be requested in advance using the Court’s Continuance Motion Form. The requesting party must secure all other parties’ signatures and available dates prior to filing the Motion (pro se litigants do not need to comply with this). Continuance requests are granted on a case-by-case basis. If the judge so desires, a hearing may be held to determine the appropriateness of any continuance request.
