What To Expect? 

• After you complete the request form a Community Resource Navigator will contact you.
• The session will last approximately 10 minutes.
• Navigators can help with your concerns, identify immediate action steps, and make referrals to programs and services.
• After the session, your Community Resource Navigator will send you a follow-up email outlining the next steps and referrals.
