The Whitehead Road Culvert Replacement and Sidewalk Improvement Project will mitigate flooding and improve pedestrian connectivity. This project will replace existing culverts to adequately convey Pocosham Creek, make vertical adjustments to facilitate the conveyance of Pocosham Creek and add 2,400 linear feet of new sidewalk with ADA ramps and crosswalks along the east and west sides of Whitehead Road beginning at Greenbank Road and ending at Daytona Drive.
