Collective Bargaining
In 2022, the City formally established five collective bargaining units:
- Police, represented by RCOP
- Fire and Emergency Services, represented by IAFF 995
- Administration and Technical, represented by SEIU
- Professional, represented by SEIU
- Labor and Trades, represented by The Teamsters.
These agreements mark the City's commitment to fostering positive labor relations, recognizing the invaluable contributions of City employees, and supporting the success of its employees.
