Pine Camp Cultural Arts and Community Center is located in the north side of Richmond. Amenities include a game room, computer lab, a multi-purpose room and restrooms. Located outside the community center are three basketball courts, a large children's playground, senior Fitness trail, one softball field and a soccer field.
Recreation programs and classes in the areas of sports, arts, fitness, dance, crafts, games, Active Adults (Seniors) programs, computers, after school "Fun Klub", the center also hosts a summer camp, special events, workshops, after-school program, and cultural activities at different times.
People of all ages will find a variety of recreation opportunities available at the center.

Campus Plan
The Department held two public meetings to receive suggestions, ideas and comments to develop a plan to provide guidance for any future development of the Pine Camp Cultural Arts and Community Center property located at 4901 Old Brook Road in Richmond. Through the years, the department has received various suggestions and ideas for the improvement and use of the property, which currently includes a cultural arts and community center, a playground, a walking trail, and basketball courts.
The resulting campus plan based on the desires of city residents and visitors was completed and presented to the public in March 2011.
