DPU customers that have fallen behind on their utility bills as a result of an economic hardship due to COVID-19 are eligible to apply for CARES utility relief funding. Previous CARE recipients are eligible to reapply for a different service period. Eligible customers are strongly encouraged to apply to avoid future late fees and disconnections.
